There must be something you can see before ebay suspend you.
There might be a crazy. mean customer who's not happy about the thing they bought.
That might be our fault or their own fault, because didn't read the description.

My situation is I sell a French grammer ebook.
At first, I have no idea who report you.
I just got a warning letter , next second, another warning letter,and boom, I was suspended.

How I found out is there's a person who keep asking return from paypal, she's a woman from France,
She didn't contact me directly, she wrote paypal for refund, the first few letters is all french.
The 3rd and 4th letter, started to use English.The reason she gave paypal for refund is ridiculous,she said I didn't give her invoice.The other email from paypal said : louis-yves BISCIGLIA has opened a dispute for the payment made to you on
Oct 31, 2007 indicating that they never received the item.

The thing is why she didn't contact me?

Why she just contact ebay and paypal?

Why not just ask me for refud instead of report me just because she's un happy?

What's her motivation?

How I found out it's she is because she wrote me a letter and said, I hope ebay never let you go back again.

And I started to combine everything together.
