Current United States Postal Service Postage (Stamp) Rate for Postcards as of June 2009:

Domestic Rate: All across United States

First-Class Mail regular sized Postcards: $0.28 each

Size limits:

• Minimum: 3-1/2 inches high by 5 inches long by 0.007 inch thick
• Maximum: 6 inches long by 4-1/4 inches high
• Additional postage required for larger postcards

First-Class Mail large sized Postcards: From $0.44 each to $0.88

Postcards that are over 4-1/4 inches high X 6 inches long X 0.016 inch thick are considered oversized. They will be charged as a letter or large envelope depending on the size.

International Postage Rate: From United States to the rest of the world

United States to Canada: $0.75

United States to Mexico: $0.79

United States to Asia, Australia, Europe, South Africa

and the rest of the world: $.98 each regardless of size up to 5×7 inches
